Despite carefully checking each order, sometimes things just happen.  If you experience an issue the was our mistake, contact us via email with 14 days of receiving it, so we can rectify the issue. If the correct item is in stock, we will replace it within 48 hours.  If it is custom we will put a rush on it ( it may not be in stock, so will send it as soon as possible.  If a refund is requested, it will be issued to the original form of payment, which will be processed within 5 business days. If the item can be returned Hummingbird Soapery, due to our mistake, them we will pay the postage. It is important that you email us and send photos.   Our desire is to make the customer happy, so we will keep you updated on the progress and shipping via email.

Due to the personal nature of our products and or ones that are custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please read all the ingredients carefully before buying to make sure there are no allergy problems.  A return is not possible due to a change in mind wanting a different color, size or fragrance. Hummingbird Soapery is not responsible for any damage caused in the shipping process. If any damage occurs while being shipped, you will need to file a claim with your postal service.  Priority mail has $100.00 insurance.
